When and how are final booth assignments made?
Final assignments are made after registration closes March 31 based on the following criteria:
1. Membership to FCABC – Must be a current Trade Member.
2. Sponsorship dollar amount (Larger Sponsors get first pick)
3. Overall dollars spent for Expo (sponsorship combined with number of booths purchased)
4. First Registered – First considered after Sponsorship and Cost.
When you initially register you will be asked to indicate your booth preference, this may or may not be your final assignment.
If you are shipping materials to Victoria, you have several options. You can use North American Logistics Services Inc. (formerly Mendelsshon Commerce – Andrea Mirgel – firstname.lastname@example.org), Showtime (see order form link above) or your own carrier.
Please note that the Save on Foods Memorial Centre will not accept any advance shipments.
Canada Border Services:
If you have representatives importing goods for the show from the USA, please read the CBSA letter
We will be using a new program for final booth/space assignments that will also be used for the delegates to locate exhibitors and find out more about you. Check it out now at Floorplangenie.com
